BDM - B2B Sales / Franchise Distribution
• Acquisition of potential new Sub Brokers/Franchise/Channel Partners.
• Generate leads, B2B/ Corporate clients.
• Arranging appointments as per the client schedules.
• Must achieve the targets
* Post Sales Services (For first 3 Months) i.e. - KYC acquisition & acquired SB/AP activation to drive revenue.
* Maintaining Channel Partner Relationship.
* Maintaining Business Reports.
******Functional Area: Sales/ Business Development Responsible for generation of business from existing online job portal accounts and generation of new accounts and also look for smooth services.
* Preparing detailed proposals/quotes as per customer requirements.
* Prepare documentation of pricing for all the solution offering and secure appropriate approvals before sending commercial proposals to customers.
* Furnish specifications and any other information required by the customer in formulating/releasing a tender.
* Regular Follow-up with customer regarding tenders, orders and timely collections.
* Maintain knowledge and awareness database of competitors products, pricing, discount structures and overall strengths and weaknesses.
* Maintain updated sales funnel and participate in regular sales reviews with the Reporting Manager/Management.
* Interacting with existing clients for problem rectification and satisfaction
* Handle client Escalations regarding service issues and resolve it.
* Maintain good relationships with the existing clients
* Client Requirement Identification
* Identifying the requirement of the customer.
* Designing Solution accordingly and presenting the solution in a marketable way.
* Interacting with client for improvement and Deal finalization. And finally closing the deal positively.
* Identifies issues and disagreements, brings it out, takes positive steps to solve it to facilitate collaborative resolution and strengthen working relationships
* Understands needs and expectations, evaluate information, use experience in forming opinions, and evaluate the benefits of alternative solutions and their impact to determine the most appropriate course of actions to achieve goals.

1) Good in Communication & convincing skills and Presentation skills.
2) Ready to work for long term.
3) 2-6 years relevant Experience
4) Good Knowledge About financial products & well networked in the city.
5) Should be willing to do field sales
6) Should have good communication and convincing skills.
7) Should be self motivated & self focused.
