The Concern was started in the year 1999 as Vinhar Consultancy with main object to provide service in Accounting;. Later in 2001, it changed its name to Harvin Consultancy and expanded its service to supply of E-Books / Info Reports. It is in 2003 we have started coaching center to impart knowledge in Accounts & finance to prospective accountants and since the year 200

a) Evaluation of the real need for Working Capital / Capital Expenditure based on the study of Financial Report of Current & Past years and the Future Proposals (Business Plan for future) ; b) Preparing CMA or Loan Proposals for submission to Bank / FI ; c) Follow up with Bank / FI during the Loan appraisal till the Loan sanction and /or documentation and Charge filing with ROC ; d) Assist Clients in preparing ‘Post Loan Sanction Reports like QIS, SOD, Stock Statements etc.and in satisfying that all ratios are within the Banking Norms so as to ensure elegibility for Loan availment in full.
