Vessels are hygienically cleaned and disinfected with hot water
Staff are given medical examination
Respective types of cooks are arranged for Kerala, Chennai, Karnataka and other North India Punjabi dishes
Uniforms are changed everyday
Coffee, tea, Lunch and dinner, servicing will be done only at the dinning hall
Mineral (Hello) Hot & Cool water served at extra charge.
Any change in the menu, should be intimated 1o days in advance
Our supervisor can be contacted at the hall for any help.
Any discrepancy regarding the No. of person served at the hall, you should clarify on the spot with our supervisor. Further doubts about the total head count during the production of the bill not be entertained.
Check your MENU & SEER ITEMS immediately on arrival at the hall and confirm.
No complaints will be entertained where after.
Instruction to photographer, Video grapher and car driver will be given only by us. In case of any difficulty contact supervisor at the hall.
All seasonal flowers available in the market will only be supplied.
Kattusada koodai on 3rd day for boy's & girl's side (door delivery) at 11a.m. on extra change
After quotation is accepted, as per the contract any extra items in tiffin, lunch and buffet will be charged separately
Final Quotation will be given after the finalization of Menu.
If marriage hall having monopoly, vessels rent will be charged extra
Tips in cash or in king should not be given to the staff
Bills should be settled on the next day of Muhurtham
