Omnia Tech Review – The Company
Omnia Tech is part of the cryptocurrency MLM niche and list a Malta corporate address on their website.
Seeing that this address is shared with a large amount of other companies, it’s likely that Omnia Tech only exists in Malta in name.
The Omnia Tech website identifies Thomas Hintermaier as the sole executive and Chief Technology Officer.
Hintermaier’s social media profiles do not identify him as the owner of Omnia Tech; in fact the owner is not disclosed.
The Omnia Tech website domain was registered as “omnia-tech.eu” on the 31st of July, 2017.
The registration lists Christian Michel Scheibener as the owner, with the same Maltese corporate address.
Scheibener identifies himself as a “leading MLM headhunter” and, up until last month, was promoting Wor(l)d International.
Based out of Austria, Hintermaier likely operates Omnia Tech out of there.
According to Hintermaier’s Omnia Tech corporate bio:
For more than ten years, he has dedicated his capabilities in quality management and production planning for the Oberderfer Siebtechnik and the Scapa Forming GmBH.
He has also engaged in an avocational work for the insurance industry which enabled him to master the technicalities of acquisition, consultancy, and support for customers.
In the middle of the year 2000, Ing. Hintermaier focused his skills towards the development of guidelines for projects related to Internet services.
He also took part in the integration of a network platform intended for companies in the building sector.
At present, he acts as a second CEO Selbstvorsorge Dientleistungs and Marketing GmBH.
It seems that Hintermaier does not have any MLM experience.

Omnia Tech does not offer any retail products or services to its affiliates or potential retail customers.
Affiliates who sign up with Omnia Tech can only market the affiliate membership.

Omnia Tech affiliates who want to take part in the company income opportunity must invest money for a passive ROI:

Affiliates earn ROIs daily, which are based on the type of cryptocurrency an Omnia Tech affiliate chooses to mine.
Omnia Tech claims to generate ROI revenue through mining contracts with Genesis Mining.
Daily ROI
Omnia Tech affiliates are offered a perpetual daily ROI, which is based on the cryptocurrency they choose to mine.
Omnia Tech mining is currently offered in bitcoin, ethereum, ethereum classic, Z Cash and litecoin.
Recruitment Commissions
Omnia Tech affiliates earn 10% of the funds that are invested by personally sponsored affiliates.
Residual Commissions
Residual commissions are tracked and paid out through a binary compensation structure.
This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team that splits into a left and right side.
Level 1 of the binary team holds 2 positions and level 2 is created by adding another two positions under each of the first two, for a total of 4 positions.
Additional binary team levels are created as needed, with every new level holding twice as many positions as the level above it.
Binary team positions are filled by direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates, with no limit as to how deep the team can grow.
Omnia Tech counts up new investment on each side of the binary team at the end of every day.
Affiliates earn 10% of matching $1000 amounts on each side of the binary team, and any unmatched volume on the stronger side is carried over.
When a $1000 pairing is made from both sides of the binary team, it is called a “cycle”.
Omnia Tech affiliates can generate 40 cycles a day (10% of $40,000 = $4000), depending on the amount they and others have invested.
Matching Bonus
Affiliates can also earn a Matching Bonus on residual commissions that are earned by downline affiliates.
The Matching Bonus is tracked and paid through a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places each personally sponsored affiliate immediately under them on level 1.
When a level 1 affiliate brings in new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
When a level 2 affiliate brings in new affiliates, they are put on the 3rd level, and this continues on down as many levels as are needed.
Payable unilevel levels are capped by Omnia Tech at 4, like so:
• Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 4% match on residual commissions
• Level 2 – 3% match on residual commissions
• Level 3 – 2% match on residual commissions
• Level 4 – 1% match on residual commissions
Monthly Turnover Extra Bonus
The Monthly Turnover Extra Bonus can be earned by affiliates who motivate those they sponsor to invest.
• Generate $25,000 in weaker binary leg volume in a month and receive $1250
• Generate $100,000 in weaker binary leg volume in a month and receive $4000
• Generate $250,000 in weaker binary leg volume in a month and receive $7500
• Generate $500,000 in weaker binary leg volume in a month and receive $10,000

Once an affiliate achieves particular rank-based qualification criteria, the company offers affiliates the following bonuses:

This is a relatively well-known third-party mining company in the online cryptocurrency world…
The problem here is that if you check out the Genesis Mining website, you will see that their offerings are a far better deal than that of Omnia Tech….
In fact, there is a huge discrepancy between the cost of mining of Omnia and Genesis…
So, why would anyone want to spend more money when they don’t have to?
The simple answer is that Omnia is simply looking for unsuspecting investors who are unfamiliar with mining…
And with no real products or services, Omnia has nothing of value to offer…
