Position Title: Sales Manager

Description
As regional sales manager in Southeast Asia business unit, you will be responsible to recruit, select, develop and manage channel accounts to meet company's short and long-term sale goals.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Data Center Architectures and services incorporating Application Network Services, Data Center switching, Equipment, Cloud Computing, Orchestration and Automation technologies
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Responsible for partner and end user business and performance across the territory with existing and new accounts
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads, partners, and prospects
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to pe*****te new markets
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
Personal Attributes and key competencies
High analytics capabilities, Innovative, proactive and quick-learner
Has good leadership, inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent relationship with customers and partners (telecom companies, carriers, governmental customers, utilities etc.)
C-level sales experience
Hungry for success
Work Experience
Sales experience 6-8 years
Proven experience from last position (at least 2 years in last position) in telecom sales in the territory
Excellent relationship with customers and partners (telecom companies, carriers, governmental customers, Utilities, etc.)
Deep knowledge and experience in the Thai telecom market – Major advantage
Fluent English - must,
Other Languages - an advantage
MBA degree – an advantage
Located in Singapore
Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
