When I became HC in 1982 I determined to become ITO, So I passed Departmental ITO Exam in first attempt; (Out of 126 only six including me); In 1984 I became ITI, ; Now came the opposition; Some body don't want me to become ITO; Hence a lot of unwanted things happened; But from 1982 onwards I was studying regularly and systematically in morning 6-8, Noon 1.15 to 2.00 and 6 to 8 ie 4.45 hrs upto

1993 till I became ITO, The book Current Tax Reporter which I bought from 1989 onwards helped me a lot; Now it became M/s A Chinnathaie Law Library, So Iam am confident that I can do well as an ITP, 23/03/2015 , 21.15 hrs, I am from Thiagarajapuram, Vadi Panchayat, Sivakasi Taluk; 626189;

The assessee had carried on educational activity with receipt of fees of substantial amount. Failed to produce the name and address of the person to whom the land rent was paid Not proved the credit worthiness of loan creditors

Hence the Commissioner of IT refused registration
