Job Description:

Handling and resolving all day-to-day matters relating to legal issues (including but not limited to legal notices, etc.) of the organization in a timely manner and framing legal views for such matters.

Drafting and vetting all kinds of agreements for the organization such that the interests of the organization are protected.

Work with the teams working on non-litigation matters.

Ensure extending problem-solving skills to create value

Due diligence of lands and structuring of acquisitions.

Maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics relating to data confidentiality
