KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end litigation including Sec 138, SARFAESI, arbitration, civil/criminal cases, legal notices, and advocate coordination
• Handling and resolving all day-to-day matters relating to legal issues in a timely manner and framing legal views for such matters
• Work with the teams working on litigation matters
• Maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics relating to data confidentiality
DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Qualification : Bachelors in Law
Experience : 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from NBFC & HFC and good exposure in litigation
