nd Finance. She is also instrumental in developing new processes and capabilities at the leading edge of our activities. Naz King – Chief Financial Officer
Naz heads the finance functions at Allzone and is responsible for statutory compliances. He handles our global accounting, financial reporting, balance sheet management, audit and taxes. Naz has a decade of experience in finance, regulatory and international reporting. His entrepreneurial and executive management work experience has helped Allzone to operate in a cost effective model. Naz has successfully set up and operated several SMEs in the last 15 years. Naz also leads Allzone Infrastructure projects from the forefront. Jonathan Rodrigues – Chief Business Officer
Jonathan heads the Business Development, Marketing, Sales and Customer Relationship Management at Allzone. He brings with him 15 years of experience across the life-cycle of Business Process Outsourcing industry. His management skills, domain knowledge and process expertise put him in multiple roles including Operations, Client Management & Business Development through various stages of the organization’s growth. He has been instrumental in growing the business in various verticals. His expertise lies in helping corporations understand the on-shore/Off-shore model in great detail. Lionel Thomas – Chief Operations Officer
Lionel heads operations and responsible from project transition to project delivery. He has over 10 years of experience in transitioning projects, handling back-office operations and training teams. He is a highly skilled active listener, who brings creative, analytical perspective to developing business solutions for our clients. His strength lies in delivering high quality services at low cost with optimum utilization of resources. His expertise extends to quality assurance and client Management. Lionel is a certified Six Sigma Professional.

Industry: US Healthcare / Medical Billing (BPO/KPO)
Shift: Night shift

Job Summary:
AMS is seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to implement, monitor, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and performance of network systems supporting our US healthcare medical billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and access controls
- Manage routers, switches, servers, and other networking equipment
- Ensure secure data transmission in compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA awareness preferred)
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to support business requirements
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and reports
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred

The role involves outbound voice-based communication with potential clients in the US healthcare sector, promoting medical billing services, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals in the US market.
- Promote and explain medical billing services and solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
