3. TENURE 50cr to 100cr 7 YEARS, 100cr above 10YEARS, Moratorium period 6 month
4. Interest = 3month ones pay,

6. Payment - Banking Channel DD/Pay Order - Full White Money only
7. Against property only, 3red Party collateral, Bank tack over Also Do,
8. Government registration compulsory ( promissory note registration)
9. so at the registration time registration Expenses to be arranged by the borrower only
10.Registration Type - 1) MORTGAGE, 2) SALES Agreement, 3) PARTNERSHIP Deed 4),PROMISSORY NOTES
11. To be decide by the financier after the meeting with the borrower
12. Alternation of Amendment should not be suggested in our system
13. All registration and meeting only at the financier place
14. All registered document will kept in a locker in the borrower Bank in the name of financier
15. Property market value 50% will fund

Req Doc:
1, Company Profile with all KYC
2, Last 3 years ITR with all annexure
3, last 1year bank statement of all operating bank ( including loan statement with sanctioned letter)
4. Full set documents with all revenue records
5. Need If any legal opinion and valuation report.
6. Solicit agreement with two cheques leaves.
7. Commitment fees should pay by bank only .
