It takes immense will and passion to willingly go off into unknown waters solely to protect millions of innocent lives and to forge a nation safe for inhabiting. What exactly drives our blue-clad saviours to face raging bullets, mid-sea explosions and storms still remains a mystery to us. But whatever that is, their valour has upheld the humanity of our nation and fortified the peace in our lives for a long time coming. Despite all the hurdles in their ways, and all the hardships they had to endure, their resolve never wavered. Their achievements always soared high and mighty in the sky of righteousness. This day is dedicated to those desperate days spent in the middle of nowhere, and to the darkest nights that dimmed even the brightest of hope. Here's a trick question: What are the three horsemen that carry the real estate industry far and long?

If you can't seem to find all three, then you are on the right track! Because the real estate industry rides solely on the only saddle fastened to the irreplaceable resource of land. Then comes the inevitable question: What makes a land unique? The answer is quite simple: Everything about it. The appealing factors that make a piece of land engaging to a particular client depend on the inherent properties of that specific location. Now the said factors may vary from person to person and the need associated with buying a property. Whatever is the objective, the key to striking a perfect deal lies in understanding the client requirements and your ability to find sync between those demands and the location in question. Once you've achieved that, you're halfway to becoming a true professional in this industry.

* To build, develop and enhance relationships across Small and Mid-size companies, Ultra HNI, and Professionals.
*Good interpersonal skills.
*Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
*Able to work independently and as a team player.

Additional Requirements:
* Multi-lingual speaking is an added advantage
* Convincing Skills
* Good selling skills
* MS Office in particular Excel and Powerpoint (or Spreadsheets and Slides which are the Google equivalent)
*Comfortable using tech - Why? We work on Google Workspace and are interconnected to handle times like lockdown. Using Google Drive for shared documents or hosting video calls through Google Meet.
* Two Wheeler must

What does the job entail?

* Advising corporate/ HNI clients on various Premium Villa Projects.
* New client acquisition in the HNI, Small and midsize companies space
* Following up with the existing clients and advising on portfolio
* Resolution of client queries related to the project.
* Direct Marketing.
* Fixing an appointment with the customer.
* Meeting with clients in their place.
* Convincing the customer for the new project.
* Maintaining the relationship with customer for long term business purpose
* Office Management.

Qualifications:
Graduates or Postgraduates - Business / Finance / Marketing etc.
