"बीमा ग्राम", भारत सरकारच्या सामाजिक सुरक्षा अंतर्गत ग्रामीण भागातही विम्याचा प्रचार आणि प्रसार व्हावा या साठी LIC ची अजून एक उत्कृष्ट संकल्पना.

या बीमा ग्राम संकल्पनेत ज्या गावांनी दरवर्षी 'एका आर्थिक वर्षात नवीन पाॅलीसी आणि प्रीमीयमचे उद्दीष्ट पूर्ण केले' त्यांना LIC कडून गावातील विविध योजनांसाठी निधी उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येतो.

LIC व भारत सरकारच्या या संकल्पनेत बुलडाणा ब्रॅन्च नेहमीच आघाडीवर होती व आहे आणि माला अभिमान आहे कि माझी टीम पण प्रत्येक वर्षी "बीमा ग्राम व बीमा स्कूल" या संकल्पनेत पहिले पासूनच अग्रेसर आहे.

"BIMA GRAM", another great concept of LIC for the promotion and dissemination of insurance in rural areas under social security Programme of Govt. of India.

LIC has provided funds for various schemes of the village every year, in which those villages have fulfilled the purpose of 'new policy and premiums in a financial year'.

In this concept of LIC and Government of India, the Buldhana branch is always at the forefront, and I am proud that my team is the first in the concept of "Bima Gram & Bima School" every year in our Branch & in Division.

Heartily gratitude to all my Agent Brothers, the well-wishers of the village as well as all the insured.

“बीमा स्कूल” LIC च्या सामाजिक सुरक्षा कार्यक्रमा अंतर्गत घेण्यात येणारा आणखीन एक स्तुत्य उपक्रम तसेच शाळांना सुविधा देणारी एक संकल्पना. या साठी शाळेला देण्यात येणारा निधी शाळेतील विविध उपक्रमासाठी वापरण्यात येतो.

आपल्या मुलांना चांगले शिक्षण मिळायला पाहिजे हे प्रत्येक आई वडिलांचे स्वप्नं असते. परंतु हे स्वप्नं पूर्ण करण्यासाठी पैसे आवश्यक असतात. पैश्यांच्या अभावी त्यांचे शिक्षण अपूर्ण राहू नये ही प्रत्येकाची अपेक्षा असते. आई वडील आपल्या मुलांना लहानपणा पासून चांगले संस्कार देतात. मुलांना या संस्कारासोबातच अजून एक संस्कार LIC च्या बीमा स्कूल च्या माध्यमातून देण्याचा प्रयत्न आहे तो म्हणजे “बचतीचा”. उच्च शिक्षण बँकेतून कर्ज काढून नव्हे तर LIC च्या “शिक्षण व विवाह” च्या विविध योजनेतून बचत करून पण करता येतो, हे संस्कार एकदा मुलांच्या मनात रुजले तर ते त्यांच्या आयुष्यभर लक्ष्यात राहते व ते पुढील पिढी पर्यंत पोचते.

याच “बीमा स्कूल” संकल्पाने अंतर्गत बुलडाणा येथील “महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले उच्च प्राथमिक शाळा” ला 2017-18 चा LIC चा “बीमा स्कूल” पुरस्कार देऊन गौरव करण्यात आला. या शाळेतील 111 विद्यार्थीचे LIC च्या शिक्षण विमा अंतर्गत विमा काढून संपूर्ण भारतात प्रथम क्रमांक प्राप्त करून शिक्षण क्षेत्रा सोबतच सामाजिक क्षेत्रात पण आदर्श निर्माण केला.

पालकांना LIC च्या या संकल्पनेत योगदान देण्यासाठी प्रवृत्त केल्या बद्धल शाळेचे अध्यक्ष श्री. मानकर सर, मुख्याध्यापिका सौ. मानकर मादाम तसेच सर्व शिक्षक वृंद यांचे मनःपूर्वक आभार. तसेच या संपूर्ण कार्याची जवाबदारी पूर्णपणे एकट्याने घेऊन पूर्ण करणारे “वसु कन्सल्टन्सी व फायनान्शिअल सर्विसेस” चे सर्वेसर्वा श्री.प्रदीप वसु सरांचे कौतुक करावे तेवढे थोडे. श्री. वसु सरांचे खूप खूप अभिनंदन. शाळेचे सर्व कर्मचारी वृंद, विद्यार्थी व पालकांची उपस्थिती होती व सर्वांनी या पुरस्कार सोहळ्यात भाग घेतला.

"Bima School", a concept that is an integral part of the LIC's social security program, and a concept that facilitates schools. The fund for this school is used for various activities of the school.

Every parent has a dream that their children should get good education. But money is needed to fulfill these dreams. Everyone is expected not to have their education left in the absence of money. Parents give good habits to their children from childhood. In addition to this, children are trying to give one more habit through LIC's Bima School - that is, "saving". Higher education can be done not only from ‘the loan from bank’, but also through the various schemes of LIC's "Education and Marriage". If a ritual is developed in children's minds, then they remain focused throughout their life and the Saving Concept will reach the next generation.

Under the same "Bima School" concept, "Mahatma Jyotiba Fule High School" in Buldana was honored with the LIC's "Insurance School" award for 2017-18.

By doing Insurance of 111 Students of this School under LIC’s “Children Education Plan”, this school have got the First Rank in India, and created an ideal role in the Social Sector alongside the Education Sector.

Thank you very much to The President of the school, Mr. Mankar Sir, Headmistress Mrs. Mankar Madam and all the teachers & Staff, who motivated parents to contribute to the concept of LIC. Also, a big appreciation to Mr. Pradeep Vasu Sir, the Incharge of "Vasu Consultancy and Financial Services" who carried this responsibility solely for this entire work. School Staff, Students & Parents attended & participated in this Grand Celebration.

8 मार्च ते 31 मार्च पर्यंत LIC ने All India SBAs साठी "मिशन 2000 कोटी" अंतर्गत रु. 2000 कोटीचे प्रथम प्रीमियम चे लक्ष्य ठेवले होते. LIC ने ठरवलेले हे लक्ष्य आम्ही पूर्ण करु शकलो आणि मी त्याचा एक भाग होतो याचा आम्हाला आनंद आहे.

LIC च्या या "मिशन 2000 कोटी" अंतर्गत प्रथम प्रीमियम मध्ये उत्कृष्ट योगदान दिल्या बद्धल श्री. देबोजित सान्याल (वरिष्ठ विभागीय व्यवस्थापक), श्री. अनासने (व्यवस्थापक विक्रय), श्री. सुभाष अग्रवाल (शाखा व्यवस्थापक) व श्री. मनोज वांदिले (सहा. शाखा व्यवस्थापक) यांच्या हस्ते सन्मान करण्यात आला.

या यश मध्ये अर्थातच माझ्या टीम चा महत्वाचा वाटा आहे. याचे श्रेय अर्थातच त्यांचे पण आहे. माझ्या संपूर्ण टीम चे अभिनंदन व मनःपूर्वक आभार.

From 8th March to 31st March, LIC had set a Target of Rs.2000 Crore First Premium. We are happy that we were able to accomplish this goal set by LIC and I am part of it.

|| सप्रेम नमस्कार ||

सर्वप्रथम आपले सर्वांचे मनःपूर्वक आभार. मागील 2-3 दिवसात मला आपल्याकडून जो प्रतिसाद मिळाला त्या मुळे माझ्या Team Members ची यशोगाथा, कर्तुत्व, त्यांचे Achievements आणि आमची कार्यपद्धती आपल्या समोर ठेवण्यास मला अजून उत्साह आला आहे.

आम्हा सर्वांसाठी हे यश खूप महत्वाचे आहे. कारण आमच्या Team चे सर्वच Agents अतिशय सामान्य Background मधून आले आहेत. ज्यांना कुठला Financial, Social Background नाही, 10वी, 12वी पर्यंतचे शिक्षण, जेमतेम कोणाचे Graduation, नेहमीप्रमाणे इंग्रजीशी वाकडे, घरची परिस्थिती ठीकठाक. नोकरी साठी केलेले प्रयत्न अपयशी, व्यवसाय करायचा तर पैसे नाही, Bank कर्ज देत नाही, नातेवाईक पण साथ देत नाही.

ज्यांच्यामध्ये काहीतरी करून दाखवण्याची जिद्द आहे अश्या अनेक लोकांना मागील 62 वर्षां पासून LIC नी हात दिलं आहे. LIC सामन्यांचे असामान्यत्व जपणारी संस्था आहे. समाजातले असे अनेक मित्र जे स्वतःला कमी समजत होते, ज्यांना एक Inferiority Complex होता, कोणी खेड्यातून आलेले, संसाराची जवाबदारी पडली पण हा मेळ जुळवायचा कसा या संभ्रमात असलेल्यांना LIC Platform देत आली आहे. असे हिरे निवडण्याचे काम आम्ही Development Officers करतो, त्यांना Training च्या माध्यमातून तयार करतो. आणि सर्वात महत्वाचे त्यांनी पण त्यांच्या कर्तुत्वाने त्यांचे असामान्यत्व पटवून दिले आहे. तसेच नोकरी किंवा इतर व्यवसायापेक्षा या व्यवसायात नियमित उत्पन्ना सोबतच मान, सन्मान, प्रतिष्ठा पण मिळवली आहे. असे अनेक उदाहरणं माझ्या Team मध्ये आहेत आणि मला याचा अभिमान आहे.

मी स्वतःला भाग्यशाली समजतो कि मी LIC सारख्या मोठ्या संस्थेचा भाग आहे, माझ्या Agents च्या यशाचा एक भाग आहे व LIC च्या 62 वर्षांच्या यशात व गौरवशाली परंपरेत फूल न फुलाच्या पाकळीचा माझा व माझ्या Team चा पण सहभाग आहे.

आपले प्रेम व आशीर्वाद असेच असू द्यावे आणि असे होतकरु तरुण तरुणी ज्यांच्या मध्ये जिद्द आहे, काहीतरी करून दाखवण्याची व स्वतःला Prove करून दाखवण्याची इच्छा आहे, त्यांना माझ्याशी संपर्क करायला सांगावे. पुन्हा एकदा धन्यवाद.
