Thambal Marik College, Oinam which now becomes a popular co-educational centre for post matric, undergraduate and advanced studies both in Arts and Science streams was established on the 28th September,1980 at Oinam in the Bishnupur district, Manipur with financial supports donated by late Shri Laishram Ibobi Singh (donor) in memory of his loving mother late Smt.
