AI cannot be treated merely as a technology initiative owned by one team. Its adoption requires centralised governance, cross-functional collaboration, and clear accountability.
While AI can augment our capabilities, accountability cannot be delegated to it. AI should not replace human intelligence and judgement, rather supplement them.
