It is the relation which defines you. The relation of father and son, mother and daughter, wife and husband is what we are and all of us played some part this side or that side. There are also relations like our relation with the environment and our approach to that plays a critical part on shaping our world. That is the essence of Sampark Fin. Services (SFS), originated one of the poorest part of
the world and looking to create some difference in the life of the poor women...
SFS originated from Mahashakti Foundation (MSF) which is working for the empowerment of the poor women in KBK region of Odisha. It was started by a group of likeminded people in year 2004 to work for empowering women. The main person behind this initiative is Mr. Jugal Kishore Patnaik who is a seasoned professional with around 25 years of experiences in development space. With help of group friend and few members of the women empowered group he started this and now hived this micro finance initiative to a separate organization (NBFC). SFS will carry forward the rich legacy of MSF and will work for the empowerment of women in the poorest region of the world. Micro finance operation of MSF started in the year 2004 in the village around km from Madanpur Rampur. In 10 years we have travelled to 7 districts and reached more than 25000 and disbursed more than 150 Cr with outstanding of around 35 Cr. We are committed to a financially included society where every citizen is hooked to formal sector of lending and have accesses to affordable credit, timely credit and adequate credit. Especially in the pocket where distress migration takes places and creates lots of imbalances in the society. SFS is aiming to work in these kinds of communities and help them to build a sustainable livelihood close to their habitations. We will work as an intermediary to these set of people and act as a bridge between the bank and the poor women. We will not only enroll them to formal lending but also build their capacity so that they will have a sustainable lively hood close to their home using the available resources in their vicinity.
