The 2nd and final day of *Ora-Cruit 2026*, conducted on 20th March, marked an exciting conclusion to our recruitment journey!🤩

The day was structured to evaluate candidates on key aspects like confidence, communication, and overall personality. It began with dynamic group discussions where participants exchanged ideas and showcased their thinking abilities. Those who stood out advanced to the final stage - personal interviews, where their skills were assessed more closely.

We are now in the process of reviewing performances, and the final results of Ora-Cruit 2026 will be announced soon.

Crafted to discover fresh talent and powerful voices, the drive received an amazing response from enthusiastic candidates eager to be part of our growing community.✨

With around 75 participants, the event became a vibrant stage where individuals expressed their potential through writing and speaking, setting the foundation for the journey ahead.

Today we salute the warriors who choose the ocean as their battlefield and courage as their identity. 🎖️🛳

The Indian Navy stands tall, protecting our waters, guarding our borders and serving our nation with unwavering dedication. Their sacrifice is silent, but their impact is loud. To every sailor who leaves their family to keep ours safe respect, gratitude and salute.🫡

Their lives are shaped by discipline, their minds trained to face uncertainty and their hearts filled with love for a country they often see only from a distance. To the men and women who embrace storms, loneliness and duty with pride thank you for choosing courage over comfort and service over self.
