Greetings from CSC SPV
Become a Rural Authorized Person (RAP) to be able to sell Insurance products through APNA CSC Portal.
Benefits of becoming a RAP
· Online hassle free licensing

· Existing agents of Insurance companies can have RAP license

· Over the counter policy issuance

· Access to multiple companies under one portal

· Instant commission for all products sold

· VLE’s can sell both Life & General Insurance products.

Steps for VLE to become a licensed RAP.
· Register for RAP through http://164.100.115.10/insurance/ ,and click on VLE RAP registration.

· Pay fees of Rs 350/- towards Examination & Licensing using Registration number received.

· VLE gets Login ID & password for RAP training from Team Insurance, CSC SPV

· VLE to Complete Pre-licensing Education, online modules of examinations. Completion Certificate shall be issued after completion of online modules. Training assessment and modules can be accessed using Google Chrome Browser.

· After completing the modules and assessment VLE to appear for online examination that can be given from their center or home. VLE should have access to internet and web camera.

Key Features of examination
· Exam link will be active from Monday to Friday (10AM to 4PM) i.e all working days.
· No waiting for exam date.
· Exam can be given in Hindi/English

Procedure to Appear for Exam
· Open the link http://164.100.115.10/insurance/ and click on “Online Insurance Exam”.
· Enter your OMT id, Registration number and Captcha code.
· You will be directed to the exam website.
· Take your picture using web camera and submit.
· Show a Photo ID in front of the we**am and click the snapshot of your Photo ID for Authentication and to start your RAP exam.
· VLE will get the marks scored after submitting the exam.
· To pass the exam VLE needs to score 35 marks.

Final Result of the exam will be sent to VLE via email by Insurance team within a week’s from examination date. Passed candidates to get IRDAI license and their service will be activated to sell Insurance products.

AADHAAR NATIONAL LEVEL WORKSHOP

CSC SPV is organizing National level workshop on 8th of July at Siri Fort Auditorium, all VLEs are invited to be a part of this mega event. Accommodation would be provided to VLEs who will come from more than 150km.No travel expenses would be borne by CSC SPV.

We are delighted to inform you that CSC SPV has yet again launched one more service which is AADHAAR SEEDING IN BANK ACCOUNTS - USING CSC EKYC PLATFORM & CENTRES


Aadhaar seeding is a process by which Aadhaar numbers of residents are included in the service delivery database of service providers (In this Case he service provider is Bank) for enabling de - duplication of database and Aadhaar based authentication during service delivery.

The objective of de- duplication is not to replace the currently used unique identifier of the customers/ residents/ beneficiaries with Aadhaar but it is to clean up the databases for any ghosts / duplicate entries and seamlessly enable Aadhaar authentication without impacting any other interface that the service providers maintain with their customers.

Further, as Aadhaar number is unique and does not change over the lifecycle of an individual, the 12-digit Aadhaar number is sufficient enough to transfer any payments to an individual. Today, in order to transfer money to a beneficiary, the Government/ Institution needs to know the bank account, IFSC Code, and bank branch details etc.

Aadhaar offers the possibility of sending government payments by using just the 12- digit Aadhaar number for life, which makes government payments agnostic to any changes in the bank
Account of the individuals, hence reducing the administrative burden.

CSC e-Governance services India Ltd. is registered as Authorized Service Agency (ASA) and Authorized User Agency (AUA) with UIDAI for e- KYC related activities. All our centres are capable of performing EKYC transaction. Currently we have 1,66,671 centres which are offering various citizen centric services across the length and breadth of our nation. About One Crore accounts have been opened through CSCs under PMJDY for various banks. CSC as a Registrar with UIDAI has generated 110,904,797 Aadhaar across India.

CSC Aadhaar seeding platform is a neutral platform and it has the following propositions for Aadhaar seeding with Bank accounts



· Multiple touch points, These centres will be additional points for Aadhaar seeding

· All Common Service Centres (CSCs) capable of handling Aadhaar Seeding as they are offering various services using EKYC

· We have all the three options on our EKYC platform

IRIS / FINGER PRINT / OTP

· Application has functionality of taking online consent from the customer for Aadhaar seeding

और अपने यूजर id और पासवर्ड से लोगिन करे
eca open होने के बाद अपना सिस्टम नेट से जोड़े फिर import registrar certificate and download पर क्लिक करे
फिर आधार ओपन करे

२ बिना नेट के स्कैन किया हुआ डॉक्यूमेंट अटैच नहीं होगा
३ acknowledgment slip पर आवेदनकर्ता का signature जरुरी है
४ आधार फॉर्म पर वेरिफायर का मोहर और signature होना जरुरी है
५ डॉक्यूमेंट original ही स्कैन करना है
नोट ऊपर दिए निर्देश का पालन करे अन्यथा पैकेट रिजेक्ट हो जायेगा सभी लोग अपने सिस्टम सिंक जरुर कर ले
