We are looking for Experienced Sales Manager who can handle Sales team in the organization.
As a Sales Manager, candidate will use his knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of Services in different type of loans i.e Business Loan, Home loans and Construction Finance to the existing & new customers in the market.
The candidate should have passion for the marketing job, ready to learn & hungry for the new business. Positive attitude & Customer service are the main aspects of this position.
Job description:
· Managing and supporting Sales Team to maximize team potential.
· Prospecting and identifying new leads.
· Hitting individual & team sales target.
· Follow up and continuous engagement with the customer till the deal gets close.
· Build and promote long-lasting relationships with clients to expand the referral network.
· Handle customer queries and complaints within the required time.
· Identify new emerging markets and keep updated with market trends.
· Craft and discuss a strategic marketing plan with team to achieve sales target.
· Primary assessment & analysis of reasons of non-starter cases
· Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned.

- Customer visits & travel are involved
Able to work with a Team & Good at Computers, should have knowledge of MS office.
Knowledge of Different Type of Business Loans, Home loans And Loan Against Property
Construction Finance will be an added advantage.
