BIG MOVE BY THE GOVT FOR PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS!
The Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance, has directed all Public Sector Banks to hold Periodic Structured Industrial Relations (IR) Meetings with recognised unions and officers' associations.

๐ Agenda, minutes, and action taken reports to be maintained.

This is an important step towards institutionalising regular dialogue between bank management and employee representatives, ensuring issues are discussed proactively rather than reactively.
