Use the Sales Playbook and reach out to the relevant contacts in the accounts assigned to you by sending cold but highly personalized mails. Reachout to inbound leads in a timely fashion and pitch for a demo. Responsible for closures for the accounts assigned to you. The timing for this position is 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST.

Requirement: Keen on building a long-term career in B2B Inside Sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think on the feet and handle sales objections. Have inherent respect for processes and are diligent in keeping their CRMs updated. Prior Experience in roles like Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Sales Support etc.

We are for a Customer Success Manager - US East Position for our office.

Job Description: As CSM you will own and manage multiple customer accounts and act as a single point of contact for them. You will help drive Tracxn platform adoption by understanding customers' use cases and helping them in using Tracxn products to solve their use cases. You will be interacting with key people (Partners, CXOs, VPs) from venture funds and large corporates globally on a very frequent basis over emails and calls. The role also involves people management and leading a small team of Customer Service Executives. Require to work from 3.00 PM - 12.00 AM IST.

Requirement: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Phone and email etiquette to effectively address customer queries. Have "Customer Empathy" - the ability to identify and understand a customer's situation and motives. Team handling experience is a plus, but not mandatory. 2-6 years of work experience

We are for an AVP - Business Development (EMEA Market) Position for our office.

Job Description: Senior management role where you will be responsible for building & managing a high performing sales team which will directly report to you. This is a front end sales role. You will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales of our SaaS product from prospecting to closure. You will be expected to sell to a diverse set of clients like Venture Capital funds, Fortune 1000 Corporations etc. Please note the role does not involve traveling to clients location.
