Happen only on Crucial time

Rounding Bottom

This is a special shape formed at the bottom of the markets which looks similar to an elongated U shape, otherwise also called as a rounded shape. The start of round shape is taken as resistance in this case, breakage of which may result in upper markets. Trade can be initiated at this point placing a stoploss just below the U- bottom with reasonably same target.

Rounding Top

This is a rear case formed at the top of the markets to reverse the trend and hand over the market once again to the bears. A slow and steady cap shaped market can be observed during this phase. Take a short trade immediately after the supports slip and place a target same as the stop-loss which is the previous high.

Williams%R

Williams%R is same as other indicators once again except in its reading. Unlike other normal readings, it has typical negative readings on its scale. The indicator oscillates from 0 to -100. Same as stochastics, even Williams%R too has an overbought as well oversold regions for getting the stock movement at any point of time.

The recommended time period for this oscillator is 14 periods. It also had a centre/mid line containing a value -50 with it. Indicator line remaining above -50 for certain period of time indicates that markets are in bullish mood and the consistent closing periods below -50 indicates that the security is in the bearish phase.

Price Channel:-

Though the name doesn't tell us much, it is a type of rectangular pattern with positive or negative slope. If it is a positive slope, it is said to be a bullish price channel whereas if it is a negative slope, it’s called a bearish one.

Both the above two channels have the same support – resistance lines what we have seen in our previous rectangular patterns. Also, the rule remains same in the trade initiation. Negative slope channel looks forward to gift you a good short trade whereas a positive slope channel outbreaks for a long trade.

Rectangular Pattern:-

This is just nothing but a support and resistance pattern in a horizontal direction. Over a long period, certain securities or indices may not break either side of the markets. In such cases, when the upper highs and lower lows are connected, a rectangular shaped pattern can be observed. This pattern has an advantage of entering into the either side depending on the breakout. This pattern can be regularly seen in intraday as well as other type of markets.
Or
Rectangle patterns as continuation patterns require a trend which is followed by narrow price action within a trading range. The trading range is defined by two parallel trend lines which are horizontal and indicate the presence of support and resistance.

Descending Triangle :-

This is once again same as the previous ascending triangle except that this occurs during a bear market. Here the triangle faced downwards when its lower lows are joined with higher highs. It’s better to get into the short trade only up on the breakage of support line which confirms the weakness of the trend. These types of patterns need not necessarily get joined at the end.
