One year ago, we launched Project Tech Leap with an ambitious goal: train 180 women in AI skills across Hyderabad and Salem, and help create meaningful career pathways in the AI-driven economy.
Today, the results speak for themselves.
✅ 198 women trained
✅ 200 hours of industry-relevant AI learning
✅ 126 women already placed into new careers — achieving our Year 1 placement target
Through First American (India)’s partnership with Anudip Foundation, these women gained hands-on exposure to AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and workplace tools that are shaping the future of work.
But Project Tech Leap was never just about training numbers. It was about access, opportunity, and confidence, ensuring that women with the ambition to build careers in technology had the support and skills to do so.
What we’ve seen in Year 1 is simple yet powerful: when people are given the right opportunities, they rise beyond expectations.
Our second cohort is already underway, with more women actively preparing for careers in the evolving AI landscape.
This is what purposeful CSR looks like: creating measurable impact, enabling economic mobility, and helping shape a more inclusive future of work.
We’re proud to be part of this journey, and this is only the beginning.
