2025 was a transformative year for Annadana! 🌿 We've seen empowered farmers leading conservation efforts not only on our own farms but throughout India, marking a significant milestone.

A journey of replicating our scalable food forest models in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, North East, Telangana, and Karnataka has certainly been challenging, but immensely rewarding.

A strong and resilient force in our mission is Er. Ashok Kumar Nandan, an electrical engineer motivating Punjab / Haryana farmers to take the leap of faith to train at Annadana in 2022 on seed autonomy. We are delighted to share it fulfills the objectives of Annadana Trust leaving Ashok Kamat & Sangita to pursue their passion : Knowledge sharing on regenerative agriculture..

Annadana proudly supports Ashok Kumar's 'Apni Kheti Apne Beej' campaign that's making waves not just in Punjab, but all across the North.

We're thrilled to pass on our Seed Bank Legacy and protocols to support both food and seed production, with progressive & enterprising farmers like Mr. Amrit Singh at Waheguru Farms in Barnala, taking the lead under the coherent guidance of Sangita Sharma.

Amrit in turn trains by conducting quarterly workshops for farmers across India. Making it more diverse with eco scientists joining forces from Er Davinder Singh on soil health to Jaipal Puniaji on Pest & Disease Management & Amrit Singh on Seeds & more.

Our 'Seed to Seed' workshops are now hosted , not Annadana, Bangalore allowing us to focus more on lending back end support to progressive farmers across India & globe as these enlightening workshops continue 🍃

A Blessed Year ahead! Here's to more growth to strenghtening # the chemical free movement in 2026!

On this beautiful Christmas day, we wanted to share a little piece of our heart with you.
This marmalade is a true reflection of the diversity we celebrate on our farm. It’s a soulful blend of our bumpy citrus and vibrant passion fruit, warmed with thin slices of ginger and a dash of cinnamon. We’ve sweetened it with rich coconut palm sugar, mirroring the sweetness of the team that worked so hard to bring this to life.
From our farm family to yours, we wish you a day filled with warmth, connection, and the flavors of a dedicated harvest. Merry Christmas! 🍃

Pleasantly surprised to see the progress of our new team of farmers ; where our cows look happy & peaceful, well-fed and nourished. The energies are rejuvenating with our cowshed ever so clean, compost zones tidied and forest steep edges securely fenced for the safety of our cows, allowing them to graze freely.

Unfortunately, due to the past team's negligence & greed, we lost our gentle bulls Veeru & Shiva. Being around intermittently, advantage was taken on all fronts! Their oversight in every aspect was a disruption of peace;cows not cared for, chickens / cockerels dissappearing, eggs stolen, unkept nurseries & fields, conservation of forest nurseries /trees were badly impacted.

What did not happen by a team of 12, happened within 3 months by a committed team of 4!!!

Now, our chicken pen is thriving with eggs galore, and to walk our pleasant pathways is a joy, sit-outs and fields refreshing, fodder for our cows, nurseries resown all come back to life under the stewardship of our good old Gopala. His timely intervention has uplifted our operations.

We cannot thank him enough for reviving our sanctuary of peace
