Rekha Jhunjhunwala, wife of late investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, has sold nearly 2% stake in gaming firm Nazara Technologies for approximately ₹376 crore.

The sale, conducted between June 2 and 6, involved about 17.38 lakh shares, reducing her holding from 7.05% to 5.07%.

Nazara Technologies has seen a 27% stock surge over the past six months, driven by the success of popular games like Fusebox and Kiddopia.

The company reported a strong Q4 FY25 performance, posting ₹520 crore in revenue — a remarkable 95% year-on-year growth, highlighting its rapid expansion in the gaming and edutainment segments.

Quick Smart Wash, a linen management startup, has raised USD 5.15 million from Japan-based Elan Corporation.

🌟 Key Highlights:

Funding Utilization: The home-grown linen management firm plans to use the freshly raised funds to expand capacity from the existing 35 Tons per day (processing 100,000/- clothes every day) to almost 55 Tons KG per day (processing 165,000 pieces every day) within this financial year.
