We are pleased to share our MD & CEO Mr. Ganesh Narayanan’s perspective, featured in an interview with The Economic Times.

The conversation highlights our continued commitment to financial inclusion. Microfinance will remain a strong funnel for customer acquisition and engagement, with steady growth aligned to portfolio maturity and market dynamics. Our ‘Evolve with Customer’ philosophy aims meet the growing financial needs of our customers who graduate through proven Microfinance cycles. Our retail finance offerings are targeted towards meeting these needs and will result in better lifetime value from our customers.

Microfinance growth is expected to be relatively moderated, in line with our strategy of graduating 6-8% of our Microfinance customers to Retail finance each year. This approach in turn will also help us create a more diversified portfolio. Our two engines of growth being Microfinance and Retail Finance complement each other and will enable sustainable growth as we progress towards our medium-term goal of crossing ₹50,000 crore in AUM by calendar year 2028.
