Nifty Future Outlook for friday 6th November ,2015: Nifty settled for the day at 7989 vs Previous Session close of 8070, Down by 81 Point the trend Deciding level for the day emerges at 8022 mark hence as long price sustains below the level of 8022, the intraday trend stand negative . the immediate support zone comes around 7930-7927, Althought an intermediate support stands at 7966. the ongoing negative trend has the potential to take price down towards the support zone of around 7930 mark . incase of not so strong selling pressure price may rebound from the intermediate support of 7966. if the selling pressure is storng enough to breach the support zone of 7930-7927 then price may drift down further low towards 7886 levels On the otherhand , if price sustains the trend deciding level of 8022 then we may witness fresh intraday demand lifiting prices towards the next resistance levels of 8046 . Incase of strong demand pressure prices may move towards 8080-8090 level.

US Markets slip after mixed earning as jobs report looms .Most asian stocks rise as investors await U.S employment data.

Politilcal Update : Bihar Election Exit polls split on result not indicating any clear win .Grand alliance showing more confidence than BJP ahead of result ; Seems like grand alliance has an advantage .

Exits polls have left market participants in dilemma .For today flat to positive trade . Look for stock specific moves Nifty has seen 8 instances of negative closing in last 9 session nifty has broken the near - term range of 8000-8300. Major support for index around the 7820-7850 zone .

Power Sector companies to be in focus on back of reforms .

Our Indicative Price : (45-60) Logic : Avg .RoE of Bank like (Axis - Yes & other) is + 16 % & RoA od 1.7%. Most of These bank trade at P/Bv of 2.5 times .

Now ,IDFC Bank Has a RoE of below 10% & RoA of below 10% & RoA below 1.0% So. it must trade at a valution of 1.2 to 1.5 times if its Book Value of Rs 40
