It is very unfortunate that electricity hasn't been restored in the villages of Gulzarpora, Batapora, Jungalnard, Renzipora, Badriwan, Wakherwan, Hathkul, Banderpora, Nowgam, Khandaypora and Chakhar. The unavailability of electricity has created the shortage of drinking water in these areas. These villagers request AEE PDD Awantipora and AEE Jal Shakti Awantipora to redress their grievances at an earliest.

Shabir has spent less than a year in our village as SIL but during these months he has won the hearts of all the village, a sober, gentle, pious man but it was will of God to take him away from us. As soon as the news of his death spread all activities came to standstill, two villages Panzgam and Gulzarpora with moist eyes offered the Namaz e Jenazah of this pious soul, the brave boy of two villages sacrificed his life for humanity.....
