He was born on 15th June of 1956 and obtained law degree in 1985, from Nagpur university with highest score in the subject, “ Law of Interpretation of statutes” (Nagpur University) for which he was awarded by “Narhar Kashinath
Mohogaonkar Memorial Prize ” in the hands of Hon. Thakre has also obtained Diploma in taxation (D. Tax) from Amravati University in 1987 &declared as “First merit” in the university the above both the degree, has been acquired by Mr. He was working as ‘Sr. Clerk’ in SantKanwarramVidyalaya Amravati. He served there from 1975 to 2002 for 26 yrs After then he opted voluntary Retirement & started Income tax Consulantancy at Amravati. During the services in the school Mr. Thakre was elected as a leader of Non-Teaching staff of the secondary schools. Elected as president of Amravati ZillaMadhyamikvaUchhaMadhyamikShiksaketarSanganthna, later on a divisional secretary & then Auditor of Maharashtra state school. Non- teaching staff Mahamandal. Thus he fighted for the problems of Non-teaching staff of schools in Maharashtra for 15yrs. Thakre is expert “Pay Fixation”, solution of pension problems, problems in administration of school and colleges, services laws of schools & colleges, solved many Letigations& problems of teaching & non teaching staff during his carrier as an advocate, interersted in consulting & guidance in respect of income tax problems, of salaried person, service law problems of teaching and non teaching staff, pay fixation, pension , of salary etc. Thakre is follower of “MahanubhawPanth” known as “Jaishrikrishnapanth”In northan area of the country havaing trust in “Sarvadnya shri Chakradhar swami”.
