Guidelines for Customer / ग्राहकों के लिए दिशानिर्देश
1. Document requirement for loan :-Aadhar Card, Pan Card, photo, Cheque with signature, Guarantor with ID proof
लोन के लिए जरूरी दस्तावेज :- आधार कार्ड , पैन कार्ड, फोटो, हस्ताक्षर के साथ चेक, आईडी प्रूफ के साथ गारंटर
2. Your loan will be transferred to your account within 24 to 48 hours.
आपका लोन 24 घंटे के अंदर आपके खाते में ट्रांसफर कर दिया जाएगा ।
3. The time for paying EMI is till 11 am.
EMI का भुगतान करने का समय सुबह 11 बजे तक है।
4. After submitting the payment, you must get your receipt from the agent
भुगतान जमा करने के बाद, आपको एजेंट से अपनी रसीद अवश्य प्राप्त करें बिना इस के आपकी किस्त मान्य नहीं होगी।
5. One thing you have to keep in mind is that if you have taken a loan and you want to deposit it the next day or after 2-4 installments, then you will have to deposit the entire money after deducting 5%.
एक बात आपको ध्यान में रखनी है कि अगर आपने लोन लिया है और आप उसे अगले दिन या 2-4 किस्तों के बाद जमा करना चाहते हैं तो आपको पूरा पैसा 5% काटकर जमा करना होगा।
6. No other charges are taken except file processing charges.
फाइल प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क के अलावा कोई अन्य शुल्क नहीं लिया जाता है।
