Banaskantha District Urban Co-op Banks Association organized a total two day *Staff Training* programme for all Urban Co-operative Bank employees of the district at Vanraji Resort Ambaji on 10/11 January'26 M with Mr. J as trainer. V. Shah (Ex RBI Officer, CEO Gujarat Urban Co-operative Bank Federation), Mr. G.P. Mistry (EX DGM,RBI), Mr. Pradeep Shukla (EX Nationalised Officer), Mr. Harshal Bhatt (CEO, Infilux Appsec) and Mr. Yash Patel (CISA - Certified Cyber Security Professional) on various topics such as KYC AML, Motivatation & Positive Work Culture, Guidance given on Loan Management and Cyber Security & IT Awareness.

મહેસાણા ખાતે તા. 11.01.2026 ના રોજ આત્મારામકાકા કે જેઓ એક પ્રખર કોઓપેરેટીવ કાર્ય કરતા હતા. કે જેમને સમ્રગ જીદંગી ખેડૂત અને કો ઓપ સંસ્થા માટે સંપૂર્ણ પણે સમર્પિત કરી. તેમના જીવનચરિત્રને લઈને આવનારી પેઢી ને માર્ગદર્શન પુરુપડે તેવા હેતુથી આત્મારામ કાકાના જીવનચરિત્ર ઉપર એક પુસ્તક તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યું જેનું વિવેચન ગુજરાત વિધાનસભાના અધ્યક્ષ માનનીય શ્રી શંકરભાઈ ચૌધરી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું.
આ પ્રસંગે અન્ય મહાનુભાવોમાં સહકાર ભારતીના સંઘથન પ્રમુખ શ્રી સંજયજી પાંચપોર, રાજકોટ સ્વામિનારાયણ મંદિર મહંત શ્રી અપૂર્વજી મુની સ્વામી, વિશ્વ ઉમિયા ફાઉન્ડેશનના અધ્યક્ષ શ્રી R.P.Patel, મહેસાણાના ધારાસભ્ય માનનીય શ્રી મુકેશ પટેલ તેમજ મહેસાણા તથા આજુબાજુ વિસ્તારોમાંથી ખુબજ મોટી સંખ્યામાં લોકો એ હાજરી આપી હતી.
આ સાથે સાથે RSS ને 100 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થયા અને સહકાર ભારતીના સ્થાપનાને 48 વર્ષ પુરા થયા જેની પણ ઉજવણી કરવામાં આવી હતી.
આ સમગ્ર ઇવેન્ટનું સફળ આયોજન સહકાર ભારતીના રાષ્ટીય ઉપાધ્યક્ષ શ્રી કાન્તીભાઈ પટેલ (ખોડીયાર ગ્રુપ) દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલ.

On the occasion of the Foundation Day of Sahakar Bharati a Sahakar Gaurav Samaroh is organized. During the programme, the Autobiography of late Shri Atmaram Kaka, a source of inspiration in public life, will be formally released.
The objective of the event is to inspire functionaries of co-operative institutions through life values and to further strengthen the spirit of co-operation among bank members and customers. The programme will be held in the presence of eminent dignitaries from the co-operative sector.

Mr. Sanjay Pachpor, Rashtriya Sanghatan Mantri of Sahakar Bharati, visited Gujarat Urban Co-operative Banks Federation today.

On this occasion, our Vice Chairman, Shri Kantibhai patel , warmly received and felicitated Mr. Pachpor. The visit featured meaningful interactions and constructive discussions focused on strengthening the co-operative banking sector.

During the meeting, our CEO, Shri J. V. Shah, along with Shri G. P. Mistri, Training Consultant, discussed key issues and challenges concerning Urban Co-operative Banks and explored avenues for future collaboration.

A Co-operative Banking Seminar was organised at Mehsana by the North Gujarat Urban Co-operative Banks Federation at Atmaram Kaka Sadan, Ambaji. The seminar was inaugurated by Shri Kantibhai L. Patel, National Vice Chairman, Sahakar Bharati, along with Shri Muljibhai Choudhary, associated with the hotel industry in the United States.

The programme was presided over by Shri Shivrambhai Patel, Vice Chairman, North Gujarat Urban Co-operative Banks Federation. Prominent dignitaries present on the occasion included Shri Natubhai Patel, Managing Director, and Shri Kirti C. Patel, Secretary of the Federation. Expert guidance was provided by Shri Ganpatbhai Mistri, Retired Deputy General Manager, Reserve Bank of India. Shri Vitthalbhai Dhanani, CEO, The Varachha Co-operative Bank Ltd., and Shri Ramjibhai Chavda, IT Head, The Gujarat State Co-operative Bank Ltd., shared practical insights with participants.

More than 150 directors and senior officials from Urban Co-operative Banks across North Gujarat attended the seminar. The sessions covered key areas including banking business growth, cyber security awareness, operational excellence, recovery and NPA management, digital banking, and risk management.

The seminar witnessed active participation and meaningful discussions, and proved beneficial in strengthening the operational and managerial capabilities of co-operative banks in the region.
