Fourteen years ago, someone took a leap of faith.
No grand office. No big team. Just a handful of people, three of them, who believed that if you do honest, precise, meaningful work, the world will notice.
They called themselves Crafters. Not analysts. Not employees. Crafters. Because what they were building wasn't just a business, it was a body of work. Deliberate. Detail-driven. Built with care.
The early years were quiet. The kind of quiet where you learn everything, how to build trust from scratch, how to show up for a client who doesn't know you yet, how to make the work speak louder than the pitch.
And slowly, it did.
Three became fifty. Fifty became a hundred. The Ahmedabad office got too small, a good problem to have. New cities started calling. Noida, Gurugram, and Indore.
Every new office wasn't just an address. It was a promise, we're staying, we're growing, and we're bringing more Crafters into this story.
Then came 2020.
The world stopped. And for a moment, so did we, to breathe, to recalibrate, to ask ourselves what really matters. But Knowcraft didn't just adapt. We held each other together across screens and time zones, onboarded new Crafters virtually, and discovered something important:
The craft doesn't live in a building. It lives in the people.
And the people showed up, every single day.
That year, we were certified as a Great Place To Work for the first time. Because the people who built this place, every day, made it worth certifying.
Over the years, our offerings grew, not because we chased trends, but because our clients needed more and we trusted our Crafters to deliver it. Taxation. Accounting. Tangible Asset Valuations. Real Estate. Investment Banking.
Numerous valuations delivered. Five Great Place To Work certifications. ISO certified. And still counting.
But here's what none of those numbers can fully capture:
The late nights before a complex deadline. The first-time manager who grew into a leader. The fresher who joined nervously and today mentors a team. The colleague who became a confidant. The small wins are celebrated like big ones, because at Knowcraft, they always were.
That's the real story.
Today, we are 350+ Crafters strong.
Spread across cities. Rooted in one culture. Driven by one belief, that great work, done with integrity, done with craft, always finds its way.
Fourteen years in, we don't just look back with pride.
We look forward with fire. π₯
Because the best chapters of this story?
They haven't been written yet.
