Dear All,

Under GST new export UT1 / Bond has to be executed at Commissioner : for both manufacturer and Service Provider ( earlier Service provider where excluded)

Export should take place 3 months plus 15 days from the date of issuance of GST invoices.

See not no 15/2017 Central tax, 1st July 17

Earlier UT 1 is not in existence from.1st July 17
