S&P500 futures are at 3226, after a strong upmove in last few weeks. As mentioned in previous posts, we must stay long above 3000, and that has given 200+ points gain. The uptrend that started on 10 Oct 2019 is still intact, but momentum is reducing, so some inevitable profit taking will come on any negative news. Therefore we should take profits at current level and hold fewer long positions, with 3200 as the absolute stop loss for any long trade. The monthly chart of SP500 futures is still bullish, and we may see further uptrend in Jan 2020. TCS stock has bounced from its strong established support at 2000 level. Now, its moving up after a double bottom pattern, which is a reliable pattern. The breakout happened above 2123. The current upside target is 2190-2195, where a strong resistance is in place since October 2019. Traders should take profit around 2190 and wait for the stock to navigate the 2220 level. Based on how the 5 day SMA has cut below the 10 day SMA, we may see higher volatility in next few days as the market decides the next direction. If 3070 support holds, then the futures will try to bounce back above 3100 rapidly, and the next major target is 3180, with major resistance at 3140.
