Role Description The Life Insurance Advisor / Business Associate will provide insurance and investment consulting services to individual and business clients, focusing on life, term, health, and related financial products. This full-time hybrid role is based in Ahmedabad and all across Gujarat with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting and onboarding clients, understanding their financial goals and protection needs, recommending suitable insurance and investment solutions, and assisting with policy applications and documentation.
The advisor will maintain regular follow-ups, provide ongoing customer service, and support claim and policy servicing inquiries. The role also involves generating leads, participating in training and development programs, and working closely with Tata AIA Life Insurance to stay updated on products, regulations, and market trends.
Qualifications :
* Candidates should possess strong knowledge and interest in Insurance, including life, term, health, and business insurance solutions.
* Candidates should possess skills in Finance, such as basic financial planning, understanding of investments, and tax-efficient strategies; including client needs assessment, solution-based advising, and relationship management.
* Candidates should possess strengths in Customer Service, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and long-term client support.
* Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable presenting financial concepts in simple terms.
Relevant experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or sales is beneficial; fresh professionals with strong motivation to learn are also encouraged.
* Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate degree in any discipline; qualifications in commerce, finance, or business are an advantage.
* Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Ahmedabad & all across the Gujarat manage time independently, and meet ethical and regulatory standards in all advisory activities.
