1) Is it possible to save regularly in the market and grow 100% over FD?

2) Most would have said ‘No’.

3) This ‘No’ led to the birth of SIP

4) Is is possible to provide life long cash flow for the retired?

5) The answer again was an emphatic ‘No’

6) But this gave birth to ‘Lifetime Annuities’ concept

7) Is it possible to provide lifelong cash flow from the age of 40 onwards?

8) Again the answer ‘No’

9) This gave birth to the concept of Financial Freedom

10) Is it possible to time the market?

11) Obviously the answer was another big ‘No’

12) This caused the invention of ‘STP’ Booster

13) Is it possible to “Get Equity kind of returns by taking Debt kind of Risk?”

14) Again an Emphatic ‘No’

30) Real Wealth of Happiness is always found on the other side of ‘No’

Why Health is so vital in Financial Planning and Wealth Management ???

1) Our initial years are spent running after money, wealth etc

2) We compromise in the rat race for relevance and riches

3) Finally by the time we reach our wealth goals our health is found wanting

4) Lifestyle diseases Blood Pressure and Diabetes etc shows up

5) Bad Health ensures we are unable to really enjoy our hard earned wealth

6) Like in the case of Wealth, there is no magic pill to restore our Health

7) For both Wealth Management and Health Management one needs to start early in life

8) Our focus should be on Health Management because without Health there is no value of Wealth

9) The period beyond the age of 50 is when our money earns for us and looks after all our needs

10) A Healthy individual can spend the next 25 to 30 years doing exactly what his heart desires

11) A Great Wealth Plan works best when supported by a Great Health Plan

12) So just like we are so mindful to grow our Wealth, one must be as mindful to grow our Health

13) Sleeping well, Waking up on time, Meditation, Exercises, Yoga and Practicing Peacefulness are the controllables which we must practice

14) Life is truly meaningful when powdered by the double engine of Health and Wealth

6) The Future is about Learning, Earning & Investing

7) The Future is about having multiple sources of income

8) The Future is about earning Passive Income

9) Large Entrepreneurs, Authors, Celebrities, Musicians, Singers etc earn their passive income from their work

10) Others may not be able to unlock passive income from their professions and jobs

11) Investment, however is the only source of Passive Income available to one and all; to each and every citizen

12) This is the most democratised form of Passive Income generator

13) Therefore, investing which starts from college days grows into a sizable threshold level that is capable of providing lifelong cashflow

14) We also call it Financial Freedom

15) By starting investing around the age of 20, you can expect to reach this threshold level by the age of 35 to 40 years
