A startup shouldn’t outsource anything...
(Is that true? Not entirely.)
Some areas must be managed in-house.
Sales, marketing, and management are the core of the business.
Why? Because these are the actions that drive growth and success.
But…
There are other areas that you should outsource, at least in the early stages.
A perfect example?
Financial management.
In the beginning, external services like what we provide at Sagent Management can be a great solution.
But at a certain point, that too should come in-house and become part of the company’s structure.
The takeaway?
Keep the core internal.
Outsource where it makes sense, but know when to bring key functions back inside the organization.
