Through our joint efforts, we raised $145 million from top Israeli institutional investors for Rialto’s most recent vintage of its flagship credit strategy —a testament to the strong appetite for high-quality U.S. real estate debt opportunities in the Israeli market.
This transaction underscores the growing bridge between Israeli capital and U.S. alternative investments, reinforcing Israel’s role as a key player in global institutional investing. This is the 2nd time we have successfully cooperated with Rialto in raising funds in the Israeli market.
