Congratulations on this exciting news! The acquisition of by Smith+Nephew for up to $330 million is indeed a significant achievement for the Israeli bio-med industry. The innovative technology of the Agili-C implant, promoting cartilage regeneration in the knee, holds great promise for advancing orthopedic care globally. This is a very exciting moment that showcases the strength of the Israeli high-tech industry and the resilience of our people and economy during these challenging times.

Special recognition is well-deserved to Nir Altschuler, the CEO and founder of CartiHeal, for his visionary contribution to this deal. Despite grappling with global economic challenges, local legal revolution, and the horrible October 7 brutal Hamas attack followed by the Iron Swords war, we proudly take part in initiatives of 'delivering ,' witnessing the strength of our community and dedication to business continuity that laid the foundation for remarkable achievements of our portfolio.

A major highlight was 's remarkable achievement, with its acquisition by Smith+Nephew—an exciting moment showcasing the strength of CartiHeal's innovative biocompatible technology in care. Additionally, the acquisition of Canonic Security by Zscaler marked a significant milestone early in the year.

We're excited to welcome , , and to our portfolio of companies. Among the new founders joining our family are Johnny Deutsch (CEO) and Moshe Elgressy (CTO) from Creednz, Marina Segal (CEO), Idan Perez (CTO), and Zohar Alon (Chairman) from Tamnoon, and Ami Kor, Yagel Sheli Dolev Elbaz from Breeze.

In the realm of cybersecurity, we launched the CISO Investors Alliance, bringing together leading global and investing in groundbreaking startups for a safer digital future.
