⚠️ IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTICE AHEAD OF THE HIGH HOLIDAYS

Israel’s National Security Council has issued an updated security assessment ahead of the 2026 Jewish High Holidays, warning of increased threats to Israelis and Jewish communities around the world.

Members are encouraged to remain especially alert around synagogues, Chabad houses, Jewish institutions, kosher restaurants, holiday events and public gatherings.

The NSC also recommends avoiding real-time location sharing, staying away from demonstrations or potentially volatile gatherings, and following official travel and local security guidance.

Please stay informed, stay aware, and look out for one another as we approach the High Holidays. 🤍🇮🇱

Israeli designer Galia Lahav has reached an extraordinary milestone: she is now ranked No. 2 among the world’s leading bridal couture designers.

Her gowns have been worn by Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Sydney Sweeney, Gal Gadot and Christina Aguilera, while she has designed wedding dresses for stars including Millie Bobby Brown.

Yet Lahav’s story began far from the international fashion capitals. At 37, she was still teaching arts and crafts at a school in Ashdod. Four decades later, the Israeli designer has built a global luxury fashion house with flagship stores around the world.

Despite her international success, Lahav says she still feels “100 percent Israeli.”

A remarkable story of Israeli creativity, persistence and a local brand that made its way to the very top of the global fashion industry.
