"Wolt מספקת מבחר עצום של אפשרויות עבור הלקוח הרעב, ויש להם הרבה כאלה. זה מה שמייחד אותם מהמתחרים יותר מהכל," אמר מניפז, שבין השאר הקים את את קבוצת הסטארט-אפים M51. "כדי להגיע למצב הזה, הם היו צריכים לפעול באופן נמרץ ומוצלח בשלושה מישורים: ניכוס של יותר לקוחות מהמתחרים בפער משמעותי, גיוס קהל צרכנים רחב נאמן, ויצירת ממשק מעולה שיחבר את אלה יחד. כל אחד מההיבטים האלה דורש עבודה מאומצת וסיזיפית. אם ההצלחה שלהם באחד מההיבטים האלה היתה חלקית, כל המגדל היה מתמוטט, ו-Wolt הייתה היום עוד חברה שעושה משלוחים. כיום, כמעט כל מסעדה במרכז שמאפשרות שליחיות עובדת איתם. ברגע שאתה הכי גדול בשוק, קשה עוד יותר להתחרות בך. רוב הלקוחות והספקים יעדיפו לבוא אלייך רק כי אתה הכי גדול ומוכר."
