Today, we remember those we lost on October 7, and the families who continue to carry their absence every day.

We remember Yaron Oree Shay, the brother of our colleague Ophir Shay, who fell bravely while defending Kibbutz Kerem Shalom. In his memory, Ophir and his family founded Next October אוקטובר הבא, an initiative connecting Israeli startups with the stories of those lost, helping carry their memory forward through innovation and entrepreneurship.

We also carry in our hearts those who were wounded, in body and in spirit, and continue to live with the impact of that day. One initiative supporting that recovery is TERRA UMA, which helps combat soldiers living with PTSD through winemaking as part of their journey toward recovery and rehabilitation.

Remembering those we lost, and standing with all those who continue to carry the impact of October 7.

Huge congratulations to Guy Bortnikov, Lior Gorbonos, and the entire Inferize team on their acquisition by Nebius!

Founded just this January, Inferize built a working prototype within three months, tackling one of the key challenges in AI infrastructure: helping large AI models get up and running faster, while making better use of GPU capacity and improving the economics of inference at scale.

Now, the team will bring its technology and systems expertise to Nebius Token Factory, helping strengthen its production inference stack.
