The rental incomes are collected in our "owners" management account and are transfered to you every end of month after deduction of any charges that may have occurred during the period concerned. This process offers several advantages, in particular the daily verification of unpaid debts as well as the use of rental incomes to pay all necessary expenses for the maintenance of the property. Our services are billed only at the end of the month and deducted directly from the incomes received. Your NET income is sent to you (by bank transfer) at the end of the month. Your tenants will get a single and only contact: ALTIDAG. All the monitoring of your property is carried out using our sophisticated management software which ensures efficient, precise and real-time management. You have the ability to consult your property's activity in real time, as well as all contracts, invoices and every other important documents through our EXTRANET thanks to your own username and password, accessible from anywhere in the world. Last but not least, we offer the possibility of preparing and paying your tax returns on the annual income of your property.
