Altidag Management LTD We manage and take care of your property all-year-long, as if it was ours ! :) ALTIDAG is a company exclusively dedicated to property rental management.

Our goal is to make easier for owners to manage their properties in Israel, thanks to management services based on full transparency and quality! All supported by state-of-the-art rental management software. We offer a real follow-up of your activity with a monthly detailed management report. We follow up on any claim that may be related to your property (maintenance, payments, etc ...). We select

the right tenant according to our guarantee criteria, we manage
payments from tenants and follow up on receipts. The rental incomes are collected in our "owners" management account and are transfered to you every end of month after deduction of any charges that may have occurred during the period concerned. This process offers several advantages, in particular the daily verification of unpaid debts as well as the use of rental incomes to pay all necessary expenses for the maintenance of the property. Our services are billed only at the end of the month and deducted directly from the incomes received. Your NET income is sent to you (by bank transfer) at the end of the month. Your tenants will get a single and only contact: ALTIDAG. All the monitoring of your property is carried out using our sophisticated management software which ensures efficient, precise and real-time management. You have the ability to consult your property's activity in real time, as well as all contracts, invoices and every other important documents through our EXTRANET thanks to your own username and password, accessible from anywhere in the world. Last but not least, we offer the possibility of preparing and paying your tax returns on the annual income of your property. We hope to be able to count you among our loyal customers in order to offer you our best service and earn your trust!

There are different types of taxes and fees that your new appartment may be subjected to:
1. Property acquisition tax – ("Mas Rechisha"): The property acquisition tax is a progressive tax that corellates with the price of the appartment. It has to be payed within 50 days of signing the contract of purchase.

2. City taxes - ("Arnona"): Determined by the size of your apartment and its location.

3. Property maintenance - ( "Vaad Bait"): Usually for apartment buildings. This fee varies from a building to the other. You should consult with the Vaad Bait prior to signing your contract.

Il existe différents types de taxes et de frais auxquels votre nouvel appartement peut être soumis :
1. Taxe d'acquisition foncière - ("Mas Rechisha") : La taxe d'acquisition foncière est un impôt progressif qui corrèle avec le prix de l'appartement. Il doit être payé dans les 50 jours suivant la signature du contrat d'achat.

2. Taxes de localités - ("Arnona") : déterminées par la taille de votre appartement et son emplacement.
