This Shavuot, we chose to celebrate by supporting local businesses from Northern Israel 🌾
We were proud to host a special market at eToro, bringing together incredible vendors, handmade products, local flavors, and a strong sense of community.

It was a meaningful opportunity to support small businesses, connect with one another, and celebrate the holiday through togetherness, creativity, and local spirit 💚

Today, we had the privilege of taking part in an inspiring initiative led by ״Shavot״ ( ), as part of Girl’s Week 💫

Women from Itoro met with students across the country, sharing their personal and professional journeys—the paths they’ve taken, the challenges they’ve faced, the successes they’ve achieved, and the insights they’ve gained along the way.

Girl’s Week in Israel, led by ״Shavot״, is rooted in a deep belief in the power of inspiring female role models to shape reality: breaking glass ceilings, expanding horizons, and influencing the next generation of leaders in Israel.

We are incredibly proud of our women, who led these sessions with sensitivity, honesty, and professionalism—opening horizons and serving as role models for the younger generation.

The moving feedback from the field reinforces what we already know—these encounters truly make an impact. We’re confident they have already inspired young girls to aim high and believe in themselves ✨

Tu Bishvat at eToro 🌱
This year, we marked Tu Bishvat in a meaningful way- by strengthening connections between people, community, and giving back, guided by our belief that shared action creates real impact.

We volunteered with Taglit at Farm 51 in Be’erotayim, packing fresh fruits and vegetables and supporting local agriculture through meaningful social action 💪🍎

Back at the office, we continued the celebration with a muesli and acai bar, dried fruits, and a festive atmosphere. Each employee also received a small but meaningful gift—a planting pot from Atzitz Tary, a social organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and promoting independence, inclusion, and equal opportunities 🌿

For us, Tu Bishvat is a reminder of the power of connection, growth, and purpose-driven action.

What a perfect way to celebrate Christmas🎅🏼 - a Secret Santa celebration at work at eToro! 🎄✨
We enjoyed Christmas treats and festive vibes 🎄, a cozy chestnut stand, a fun holiday game with small prizes, and lots of Christmas spirit all around.
We wrapped it up with the gift exchange and the exciting reveal of the elf and the giant 🎁🎅🧝‍♂️

So much laughter, warmth, and holiday magic in the air. Moments like these remind us how great it is to work together ❤️

A month full of well-being, positive energy, and care for our employees and community!
So… what did we have this month?

We kicked things off with a live performance by our very own employee band 🎤🎵, along with drinks and snacks to get everyone in the wellness spirit. At the end of the event, we handed out special kits in memory of the Bibas family 🧡 including everything needed to make a nourishing winter soup.

Throughout the month, we hosted a variety of enriching activities:
🤸‍♀️ Acrobatics workshop
✨ Healthy snack-making workshop with BeHavera Bri’ah
✍🏼 Intuitive writing session
🏓 Table tennis tournament
🏋️ Fitness equipment rental station
🍏 Detox program with personal guidance
✨ Mindfulness session

We also prioritized personal health:
💗 On-site breast exams
🔎 Skin and mole checks

And as part of giving back to the community:
🥪 Preparing sandwiches for children in need with Nevet
🎨 Wall-painting and renovation project at the “Avnei Derech” shelter for LGBTQ+ youth, in honor of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women

Every week came with a new healthy treat in the kitchen 🍎✨
Plus, a custom wellness-challenge app with prizes 🏆

What an incredible month it’s been!
Already looking forward to next year 💚
