All “parties” must uphold the “ceasefire”?
Who exactly are the “parties”?
All I see is “humanitarian” aid being increased,
including FUEL?
Hamas are savages!!!
Whether in Gaza Quatar or Judea and Samaria.

Until they surrender…this war is not over.

They will never turn over their weapons.
And what exactly does “obliterated” mean and who is expected to obliterate them?
Starting to seriously wonder about our greatest allies…
clearly they have their own interests.

After more than 30 years helping people, particularly olim find their homes in Israel
I still love the work. You may have noticed
I rarely post properties because my focus
is always on the people. And since “licensing”
began many years ago, there are enough “brokers” out there advertising properties…
I work as a consultant first and foremost. I represent ONLY YOU, and after a lengthy consultation, getting to understand you and your families needs, I do research try to find what is most suitable, and of course within budget. Then I can provide options.
Many times, and more so now, that good properties are very hard to find, I tell you I have nothing to show.
When I do suggest something it is very often the right fit.
Often I encourage clients to check out the market, and then come to me!
Most people get to me through word of mouth and then I choose who I think I can help. Buying a property is one of the most important factors in a successful aliyah. Renting first, can save a lot of heartache if the community turns out not to be a good fit.

Even as prices continue to rise steadily the market seems to be flooded with more clients and less good properties available.
What is available are exquisitely built exclusive apartments and homes, but those start at 2.5 million dollars and go up from there. Anyone interested, happy to fill you in on options in
Yerushalayim. My specialty? The city center.

More and more I get asked questions about aliyah and how to find the right place, community or investment. Each question is so important and so personal. There is not one right answer as everyone has different needs, means and circumstances. After much thought we have decided to open a branch of Gross Realty called Aliyah Advisors. After almost 40 years in Israel and doing real estate primarily with new immigrants, I can honestly say I have a bit of experience! And, I am still learning. This summer will be 40 years since making aliyah on a one way ticket with no assistance from anyone and no Hebrew either!
