Recently, we had the pleasure of participating in Bernstein Private Wealth Management's Investor Insights Day: The Next Economy in New York, bringing together senior adviosrs to discuss the trends shaping the future of business and technology.

During Navigating the Electronic World: Driving Innovation in the Next Economy | Cyber Security, Iren Reznikov, Partner at Vintage, joined Andrew Chin, Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at AllianceBernstein, Neal Pollard, Partner at Control Risks, and Sanaz Yashar, Co-Founder and CEO of Zafran Security, a Vintage portfolio company, for a conversation on the evolving cybersecurity landscape and the innovations helping organizations address increasingly complex threats.

The discussion continued in Navigating the Electronic World: Driving Innovation in the Next Economy | AI, where Ilan Leiferman, Chief Value Officer at Vintage, joined Dan Bikel, Head of AI at WRITER, Stacy Rasgon, Senior Analyst covering US Semiconductors at Bernstein Research, and Guillermo Rauch, Founder and CEO of Vercel, a Vintage portfolio company, to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping industries, accelerating innovation, and creating new opportunities across the technology ecosystem.

💡A Record-Breaking Year for Israeli Tech M&A💡

Asaf Horesh, Managing Partner at Vintage, was quoted in Bloomberg on this report we shared with our LPs.

Despite the challenges posed by ongoing conflicts, Israeli technology startups are proving their resilience and global appeal.

Israeli tech M&A is on track to hit a record $10 billion this year, surpassing the previous high of $8.6 billion in 2021.

Notably, cybersecurity accounted for roughly 30% of the M&A activity over the past year, underscoring its critical role in the tech ecosystem.

The Israeli tech ecosystem continues to thrive, even in the face of adversity, showcasing its capacity to innovate, adapt, and attract global investment.
