“I’m delighted to get this opportunity to help raise much needed funds for the amazing Solas Cancer Support Centre that provides an incredible lifeline to people affected by cancer. I have friends and family who have availed of the many services the centre has to offer and found them so beneficial.
Over the years I’ve been involved in fund raising events for the centre and am always on the lookout for new ways to help. I considered fund raising events such as Dance for Life but decided, drop me off the roof of Croke Park any day!!
Any support or donation would be hugely appreciated and will help the Solas Cancer Support Centre continue making a real difference in people’s lives every day”.

“My name is Sinead Tritscher and I recently signed up for my very first abseil! Originally from the States, I moved to Ireland a few years ago and have been settling into Irish life ever since. At the time, signing up sounded like a great idea… although I may question that decision when I’m standing at the top but honestly, it’s for a fantastic cause and should be a bit of fun too. I’m excited (and nervous!) to give it a go.
I don’t know a family that hasn’t been affected by cancer, including my own. That’s why supporting the work of the Solas Cancer Support Centre is so important. This is my small way of helping support the incredible work being done and the services they provide to individuals and families affected by cancer.”
