Founded by 15 members in 1963, Waterford Credit Union now provides a range of financial services to 35,000 members. In 2007, Waterford CU was the first credit union to have access to the full banking clearing system, allowing for salary credits,bill payments, bank transfers etc. Waterford Credit Union is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.

Counting down the hours to our official birthday! 🎉

We couldn’t let the occasion pass without celebrating with the team, so we got the festivities started a little early with a coffee morning and birthday celebrations. ☕️🎂

Happy birthday to us! What a year it has been. Filled with growth, achievements, challenges and, most importantly, an incredible team.

On behalf of Journi Credit Union we send our sincerest condolences to all Kathleen Halpin's family on her passing.

As well as her involvement in Clonmel, Kathleen was involved in Waterford Credit Union early in her Credit Union journey.

Kathleen epitomised all the wonderful attributes of volunteerism to the highest standards, she believed in the ethos and always had members interest front and centre.
