It’s time to get creative for the Virginia Credit Union Art Competition 2026! 🖌️✨

This year’s theme is A WORLD OF COLOUR — so let your imagination run wild and show us what colour means to you! 🌍🎨

📅 Entries close: Friday 16th October 2026
🏆 Winners announced: Friday 23rd October 2026

Entry forms are available through local schools, our office, or you can download a form via the link in our bio.

Have you started your first year of an apprenticeship in 2026? 🔧✂️

The Joe Ferguson Education Fund has TWO €500 apprenticeship bursaries up for grabs! 🎓💶

Whether you’re training as a hairdresser, electrician, plumber, mechanic or in another apprenticeship, we want to hear from you!

I’ll pop the link to apply in our stories now, or drop into the office and fill out an application form. (You must be a member with Virginia Credit Union to apply)

The closing date for the Joe Ferguson Education Fund is fast approaching. Applications must be in by 30th September 🗓️

If you, a family member, friend or someone you know has recently started college, a postgraduate course or an apprenticeship, please make sure they know about the fund and have a chance to apply.

💚 Please share this post! You never know who in your family, your friends group or your community might benefit from it.

There are bursaries available for:
🎓 Third Level Education
🔧 Apprenticeships
🎓 Postgraduate Education
