If a Landlord requires, we can provide a Letting & Individual Property Management service which would include the following:
Collection of monthly rent , which would then be paid directly into the Landlord’s bank account. Dealing with any property maintenance issues i.e. broken appliances, leaks, etc. Regular inspections of each property. Arranging B.E.R. Reports (Building Energy Rating Reports).
