MEMBER NOTICE | UPDATE ON SGM

North Midlands Credit Union held a Special General Meeting (SGM) this evening, 19th August, to consider the proposed Transfer of Engagements with Roscommon Credit Union.

Following the vote, a majority of members in attendance supported the motion. However, the proposal did not achieve the required level of support from those present and voting.

As a result, the proposed Transfer of Engagements has not been approved.
