A big congratulations to Hastings Head of Insurance, Shane Hennelly, who took 1st place overall at the Streets of Longford 5K, part of the LONGFORD MARATHON weekend, in a time of 16:43.

Representing Roscommon Harriers A.C., Shane described it afterwards as a “crafty oul race” - letting a few of the younger lads set off enthusiastically before gradually working his way to the front and, thankfully, staying there!

A great result, a new PB and a very enjoyable morning in Longford.
Well done, Shane! Proof that there’s still a bit of speed left in the legs at 41!

There is nothing quite like the buzz of having 'Sam' in the building. As proud supporters of the home of Mayo GAA, Hastings Insurance MacHale Park, our team had a fantastic opportunity to get up close to one of the most iconic trophies in Irish sport and celebrate the passion of Gaelic football.
